The room was good sized and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's staff was outstanding. I was able to extend my room stay so that my friend who was snowed in did not end up in the cold. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, making arrangements without any issue. The cleaning staff was very good too, as they quickly responded to as concern my colleague had regarding a stain on the bathroom door.

The food in the restaurant was delicious with the exception of the Greek salad. It hardly had any feta cheese on it and that's what makes the salad. Otherwise it was good. Server was excellent.

The convenience of restaurant for breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. There was an excellent restaurant nearby that was open even though it was Monday. It was conveniently located off the thruway north.

Nice friendly staff. Was convenient for what we were doing. (The zoo) We took our 4 year old granddaughter with us. Booked for the indoor pool, which was perfect . Was nice that there were some bands there. We all enjoyed the music. Beds and pillows were comfortable. (Nice touch with the water bottles in the room)

Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room setting is simple, comfortable and effective. Excellent coffee service in room.

The area was great, it was walking distance from the Stanley theater and that was a plus.

the bed was so comfortable. It was a king. The room was huge very roomy. It also had a great view of the city. There was a restaurant and we just wanted tea. The waitress didn't charge. breakfast was buffet only so the waitress only charged us for one. She didn't have any other help.

Loved the close proximity to the Stanley Theatre!!! The staff were absolutely amazing too, very friendly and welcoming.
